The Camps are on~ rain, hail or shine!

Children need to wearneat sporting clothes,

hat and running shoes.

Every child is to bringsunscreen, water bottleand own snacks / lunch.

Drinks and snacks canalso be purchased at

the Centre.

The tennis camp isfor every child startingfrom 5y.o. to 16y.o.

TERMS &CONDITIONS

1) Please inform Staff of any medical conditions or special medications your Child may be taking before commencement of the Camps.

2) Coaches and Staff are not responsible to help in the administration of such medication.

3) It is not recommended for your Child to attend the Camp if feeling unwell on the day.

4) Parents or Guardians must provide an emergency contact phone number in the event of illness or accidental injury if the Parent cannot be contacted.

5) FREE before care between 8.00am and 9.00am and after care between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. Before and after care is supervision only. Childen should bring their own entertainment.

6) Provide your credit card details and entries can be accepted by phone, email or bank transfer.

7) Payment required at time of booking.

8) No refund for cancellations.

9) Sign in and sign out required.

10) Staff has the right to ask to collect the child is misbehaving.
