Parent Portal Access Request Form 

 

Rapoport Academy uses the WebSmart Parent Portal to increase communication with our parents.  

This portal allows parents to check on their child’s grades and attendance, via the internet.   

To request access to your child’s grades online, please provide us with the following information:

You may also access the portal by clicking on the link in the upper right‐hand corner of our website at 

www.rapoportacademy.org.  For easy future access, you may want to bookmark the link on your 

computer. 

Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email from no‐reply with the subject 

WebSmart Account Information, at the email address you provided above. 

This form must be signed and dated before it will be processed.  For privacy reasons, only a parent or 

legal guardian can request access to a student’s grades, and you should guard your login information to 

avoid allowing unauthorized people access to the account.
