PARENT CONFERENCES: 6 & 7 MARCH 2013

The Parent On Line Appointment System is a very simple and convenient way for you to book appointments. It will open and be available for you to make a booking with the Class Teacher on Monday, 25

February 2013. Appointments can

be made between 15:30 and 17:45.

Please visit the SDIS website www.dominics-int.org and select PARENTS’ BOOKING or via CONNECT.

You may also type or click the address link https://parents-booking.netmedia.co.uk/SDIS and this will take you directly to the on line parent booking programme. Instructions on how to log in are on a printed label in your son/daughter School Diary.

For simplicity and in order to accommodate spelling in all languages the software does not recognise accentuation. Therefore it is Very Important that you do not use any accentuation when typing in your login details, e.g. â just type a, é = e, ã = a, ì = i, ô = o, ü = u, etc.

You will need to type in the following details to log in: Parent Surname. You should use the parent surname that you have registered with School as the main parent contact (see the label in the School Diary).

You will need to type in your son/daughter’s date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), his/her first name and surname in the

relevant boxes. Once you have entered this information you will be logged in as your child’s name.

You will then need to select on the event, which is 6 & 7 March 2013 Parent Conferences.

You will see the name of your child’s teacher. If you have more than one child in Junior School you can select Make a booking for another child on the top left hand corner of the page. Select the name of your other child.

Having chosen the Class Teacher you want to see, you can then select the time you would like to meet with them.

If an appointment has already been confirmed by a parent and therefore the teacher is not available you will see a red coloured block against that appointment time. Please choose an alternate time that the teacher is available.

If you make an appointment and then want to cancel it, select on your appointment and select Cancel on top of the

page and the appointment will be removed.

You can send yourself an email to remind you when the appointment is, select Email My Appointments.

If you wish to print a copy of the appointment select Print My Appointment .

There is also an option for feedback. If you have any questions or suggestions please type your comments and select Leave Feedback.
