Paper Football Project: Functional Stadium Package Design
The goal is to have a 3 dimensional model of the Box design
using a software program such as ArtiosCAD or software that can
give a similar end
result that can be more easily conceptualized. This package is
drawn up and designed to be a functional small flute corrugated
package that will
become the platform for the user to play paper football. The
idea of this box is to have something that can be opened up to look
like the open 3dimensional viewdrawing provided. There will also
need to be a box that will house the inner stadium box which will
be made of a paper
board material. The outer box design is a standard reverse tuck
top (drawings not provided).This box is going to emulate an
American football
stadium, with bleachers on either side of the field with two
end-zonesone to kick from and one that will have the goal
posts.Therefore,
these packages need to have graphic elements that match the
colors of the Detroit Lions and design characteristics of the
Detroit Lions Standium.
Logos, color schemes, and font samples are provided.

The outer dimensions of the stadium box should be 12 x 8 x 6
(Length x Width x Height). All the needed dimensions are provided
in the hand
drawn pictures. It should be noted that the dimensions provided
DO NOT take into account the allowances for the creases that are
need in order
for the box to fold. Therefore, the outside dimensions of 12 x 8
x 6 should still be achieved when the inner stadium boxis folded
closed.
However, the outside box dimensions, that will be used to house
the inner box, will have to be increased by a margin of
approximately 1/16thof
an inch or 0.0625 inches to be able to accommodate the inner
box.
