Schedule applied.- ANY NEGOTIATION UPON THE QUANTITY & TERMS
SHOULD BE IN AGREEMENTS PRIOR TO PRICE NEGOTIATION.3. Facilities
that should be provided by the employer are : security,
electricity, lighting, water sources, on site store room,
elevator.4. The Income Tax Regulation (PPh) chapter 23 for
Construction Service,could only be charged on Installation Cost,
and the tax slipshould be sent to us by the end of the same month
written in the mentioned slip.5. The above quantity are : - based
on the material needed, according to the information :Estimation
upon the real site measurement by DALTON INDONESIA, and approved by
buyer6. The wastages, therefore, are on the employer expenses.7.
Terms of payment,MATERIAL ONLY,- 50% Down Payment, due 7-14 DAYs
upon the receiving of Invoice.Lower Down Payment could only be
accepted with the balance payment upon BoL presentation.- 30%
Before Delivery to Site.- 20% Monthly Progress.INSTALLATION ONLY,-
50% Down Payment, due 7-14 DAYs upon the receiving of Invoice.Lower
Down Payment could only be accepted with the balance payment upon
BoL presentation.- 50% after installation complete, due 30 DAYs
upon the receiving of Invoice.Lower Payment could only be accepted
upon the buyer acceptance on weekly progress payment.The
installation here was planned to starts as latest as 1 week upon
the Material Arrival Hand Over signed.Should be any delay due site
readyness, DALTON claims the rights for weekly progress payment.8.
Delivery time : Indent 10 - 12 weeksAFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION AND
DOWN PAYMENT ALREADY RECEIVED.Order prior to Down Payment received
could only be processed upon Written Commitment from the buyerfor
the Payment Realization Date.9. This quotation valids until end of
Dec 2014.10. Terms for cancellation : - no order cancellation can
be accepted upon the receiving of Down Payment.11. Terms allowance
: - all terms are negotiable within the comfort of each party.- all
negotiated and approved terms should be certified and signed by
both parties.- such approved terms therefore should be absorbed as
part of the Works Contract.- any delay from both parties on the
