NOTICE OF MIDDLETOWN- HARDENBURGH FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION Pursuant to Section 175 of the Town Law constituting chapter 27 of the Laws of 1969, a regular election of the officers of the Middletown-Hardenburgh Fire District in the Uowns of Middletown, Delaware County, New York, and Hardenburgh, Ulster County, New York, will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 1973, at the firemen’s meet- ing rooms in the Margaretville fire hall at Margaretville, N. NOTICE OF MIDDLETOWN- HARDENBURGH

FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION Pursuant to Section 175 of

the Town Law constituting chapter 27 of the Laws of 1969, a regular election of the officers of the Middletown-Hardenburgh Fire District in the Uowns of Middletown, Delaware County, New York, and Hardenburgh, Ulster County, New York, will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 1973, at the firemen’s meet­ing rooms in the Margaretville fire hall at Margaretville, N. Y.

The following officers will be elected at that time:

One Fire Commissioner for a period of five years, in place of Eric Stange, whose term of office expires.

Any candidate for District Office must file his/her name with the secretary of the fire district at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such Fire District election.

The meeting will be called at 7:00 p.m., at which time the election officials will receive nominations for the above offices. The polls will remain open until 9:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.

Every elector of the town who shall have resided in the district for a period of thirty (30) days next preceding the election shall be qualified to vote for such officers.Dated: November 12, 1973
