A. Area of the Office All class Rooms, Bathrooms, Departments,Corridors, stairs and open areas as well as enclosed surrounding areas on the ground floor & first floor of Vidyalaya campus. Parties are advised to see the location.

An outline of tasks to be carried out by different category of manpower provided is detailed as under:-

3 Mali To look after the present Garden, Plants and flower plants and to develop new plants/flower plants, to beautify the campus, cutting & nourishing of plants & removal of unwanted plants from roofs, walls sunshades etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The remuneration shall be disbursed through Bank account of the worker or through cheques at KendriyaVidyalaya, OFD,RAIPUR,DEHRADUN premises in the presence of the representative of the Vidyalaya or its constituent. Written evidence for having received the pay will be submitted by the firm every month in the office of KV OFD Dehradun.The wages may be tallied from the Bank pass Book of the employee followed by Bank statement of the Employer .

2. The Controlling Agency will ensure payment by the 5th of every succeeding month to their employees provided to the,KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA,OFD,RAIPUR,DEHRADUN as per monthly remuneration quoted without any deduction.

3. Proof of the payment of statutory obligation such as EPF, ESI, Service Tax and any other applicable tax will be provided to the Vidyalaya.

4.The contracting agency will issue identity card and uniform to all his employees .The antecedents of all the workers will be got verified from the police by the contracting agency before deployment for the work.

5.The Vidyalaya also reserve the right to request for the services of additional/extra manpower. The controlling agency will be compensated for the extra manpower provided by the indenting agency as per the rate quoted.

6.In case of absence of any working day the monthly remuneration will be regulated as per the following formula:-Total monthly

7. The Candidates/Manpower provided by the Contracting Agency shall be accepted only after scrutiny by KV. Therefore, minimum three-four bio-data shall be made available

Against each slot in each category. The candidate may be invited for personal discussion also.

No Conveyance or any other charges will be paid by KV. In case, none is found suitable then additional bio-data shall be made available by the Contracting Agency, promptly i.e. within 24 hours. The replacement of a Candidate on account of absence /unsuitability for KV shall be made within 24 hours. The Number of person of manpower required as per the Vidyalaya need.

8. The contracting Agency will be required to sign a contract with the KV as per the Model Contract enclosed for ready reference. The other terms and conditions specified in the Bid document and accepted bid will also form the part of the Model Agreement.

9. In case of any loss, theft/sabotage caused by/attributable to the personnel deployed the KV reserves the right to claim and recover damages from controlling agency.10. The controlling agency will preferably deploy the trained/Ex Army Person as Guard, who are below the age of 55 years as well as physically fit and mentally alert. Preference will be given to the ex-service men. The contracting Agency will also ensure that the security guards, sweeper, gardening are free from Aids or any other infectious disease before deployment for work.

11. The Vidyalaya,OF RAIPUR DEHRADUN shall provide a small guard room/space for Security Guards deployed by the Contracting Agency. No name plate of agency shall be allowed on the room and nobody will be allowed to stay in the office except the staff of Contracting Agency on duty. 12. The Controlling Agency shall provide to their security personnel with impressive summer uniform as well as winter uniform with insignia.13. Rates will not be accepted below the minimum wages, fixed by the Govt. of India or State Govt. which is highest shall be treated as the minimum wages. If any firm quotes rates below the minimum wages the quotation will be disqualified for evaluation.14. The wages and taxes etc. will be increased as per the notification of Govt. of India central/State Govt. which is published time to time.The contracting agency is fully responsible for any theft and loses of Vidyalaya and agency is always follows labour laws like minimum wages, EPF, ESI of their workers etc. 15. In case any complaint is received & proved regarding short payment to the employees of the agency contract so assigned may be terminated & firm /agency may be black listed.16. The Bidder shall deposit Rs.60000/-only in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Principal Kendriya Vidyalaya OFD Raipur Dehradun as earnest money along with the bid. The earnest money shall be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after 85 days or after the award of the contract. The selected firm has to furnish the performance security worth Rs.70000/-only within 15 days from the date of Notification of award including EMD. If two of more firms quotes same rates for a particular service contract may be awarded to the firm quoting minimum rates for maximum items.17.The bid shall remain valid for a period not less than 90 days after the deadline fixed for submission of bids.18.The percentage rates quoted for service charge/administrative charges shall be fixed for the duration of the contract .19 .Last date & time of receipt of Technical Bids i.e. Annexure-I,II,III,IV and V is 04.10.2017 and for submission of financial bid i.e. Annexure-VI and VII is 04.10.2017 up to 12.00 p.m. Financial bid of successful bidders will be opened on 09.10.2017 at 12.30 p.m. All rights are reserved with the Principal to accept/reject the tender or to delete/increase any condition mentioned above at any time. Technical bids will be opened on 09.10.2017 at 12.30 P.m.
