The Saratoga-Encamp-ment-Rawlins Conserva-tion District, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, is requesting bids for several spring de-velopment projects in the Platte Valley. The proj-ects will consist of: in-
stallation of spring boxes, installation of 2’ HDPE pipe, installation of tire tanks with rock aprons, and installation of ri-parian exclosure fences. Materials will be provid-ed. Projects to begin Fall of 2016. Designs will be provided by BLM. All components must meet BLM standards.
Prospective bidders must contact Garrett Pantle at the SER Conservation District (307-326-8156) for more information. The mandatory pre-bid site inspection will be held on August 23, 2016 with an alternative date if needed.
Bids must be mailed or hand delivered to: SER Conservation District, PO Box 633, 101 Cypress Avenue, Saratoga, WY 82331. All bids must be sealed and be received by 4:00 pm on or before August 26, 2016. Bids will be opened after that time and the successful bidder will be notified within 2 business days by telephone.
The SER Conservation District reserves the right to reject any, or all bids, or to accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, best serve the interest of the SER Conservation Dis-
trict. No bids will be considered which are received after the sched-uled closing time, and any bid so received shall be returned to the bidder unopened.
