Starting in a back corner,first assemble one cornerbox using two single bayend panels. Use the cornerhardware to assemble thecorner.

Working outward from theboxed corner, assembleand level the run until theplacement for an aisle isreached. A minimum of 48”or three sections. It is rec-ommended that a rubbermallet be used to securebay stretchers intouprights. Breaks onstretchers should facewalls.

When placement for anaisle is reached, a bay endbox must be constructed.Assemble the box usingone double bay end paneland two single bay endpanels. Use the cornerhardware. Note that thedouble bay end panel isoutward facing, and boxesover the edges of the sin-gle bay panels.

Optional diagonal stabiliz-ers may be added betweenthe uprights of one sectionof each run to add stability.Secure stabilizers with selftapping screws provided.

The versitality of the Modular PharmacyShelving system allows for a variety ofsetup options. This diagram demonstratesthe placement of corner bay ends and boxbay ends, as well as the use of end panelsfor a finished look.

EXAMPLE ONLY!Do not use for installation.

The Modular Parmacy Shelving system should be plumbed and leveled beforeproceeding. A level should be placed upon the face of each upright. The level-

ing legs may be turned from above with a flat head screwdriver. A string may bepulled to assist in finding the proper settings.

After the system hasbeen plumbed and leveled, secure theuprights to the boxed cor-ners, bay end boxes andend panels using the pro-vided hardware. Bayuprights should be cen-tered on double bay panelsat 9 1/8” from the edges.Wall uprights will be flushwith single bay paneledges.

Install (2) clips at bottomof upright right above baystretcher. Slide back panel

out back and attach (2) more clips approximately center ofupright height. Finally install(2) more clips at top of panelright below top bay stretcher.

The versatility of the Modular PharmacyShelving system allows for a variety of setupoptions. Gondola stabilizers, wall stretchersand aisle stretchers should be used whereapplicable to stabilize the system. The maxi-mum aisle width between the shelves shouldnot exceed 49”. The maximum extension ofthe wall stretcher should not exceed 51”,making the maximum walking space 42”.


The gondola stabilizer is usedin the absence of a boxed bay,

when a gondola simply starts froma wall section. The stabilizer simplyslips over the top of the upright andis secured to the wall above thewall section.

Aisle stretchers are usedoverhead to stabilize bays.Tabs on aisle stretcherslock into uprights. Use arubber mallet to securetabs into upright. Once thestretcher is in place, tight-en the set screw to holdthe position. Note: ifshelves are to be installedat top slot, attach the tophook of the stretcherOVER the upright.

AISLE STRETCHERS

Wall stretchers are used tostabilize freestanding bays.Only the slotted end panelcan be used in the applica-tion shown. However, thewall stretcher may be hookeddirectly into an upright withno end panel.The maximumspan should not exceed 51”.Once the stretcher issecured, the set screwshould be tightened.

Shelves simply install intouprights straight in, thendown. Optional shelf dividersdrop into place.

INSTALLING WALL MOUNTUPRIGHTS - TRXUT(NH)

Measure for placement andsnap a chalkline on the wallas a guide. Wall mountuprights may be installedwithout the use of baystretchers. See note belowright. If using bay stretch-ers: Assemble one frameconsisting of two uprightsand two bay stretchers.NOTE: Bay strecthersshould be installed asshown at right with lowerstretcher bracket tabs fac-ing up! While an assistantholds the frame in place,plumb and anchor the frameto wall. Frames may beanchored through stretchersor uprights. Installer to pro-vide hardware and deter-mine placement.

Install the remaining run inunits consisting of two baystretchers and one upright,as shown. Plumb each unit tochalkline. If bay stretchersare not used, measure forplacement of each upright

and plumb to chalkline.

Once the run is completeand securely anchored to thewall, shelves may be addedaccording to the store plan.

NOTE!Wall mount uprights may be installed without

the use of bay stretchers. However, the use ofbay stretchers sets spacing and allows for

optional anchoring that will not interfere withshelf placement.
