The evaluation kit supports customer needs for an initial test of InfraTec´s Fabry-Pérot detectors (FP) without having to develop test circuitry and software themselves. It allows easy control of detector and IR source with customized software to analyze the detector signals. With the help of this kit a quick and easy configuration of a simple FP spectrometer is possible. Overview

The kit includes hardware for a first test setup, a test and measurement software and a manual. Mechanical parts, like gas cell or holder of detector/IR source, define the IR absorption in an application specific way. Thus, these parts have to be designed by the user and are not part of the kit. Hardware features Requirements � IR source control with constant current operation, up to 800 mA DC to 500 Hz (square, 0-100 % duty cycle) � detector control � Signal acquisition with 12 bit, 2 kHz � PC with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 or 10

� USB 2.0 Interface � Power supply 12 V DC, stabilized (800 mA minimum)
