The client required a new strapping machine and stretch hooding equip-ment as part of an overall investment program including a new con-crete block production line.
STRETCH HOOD MACHINES
Hooding machines are the ideal solution for those products and packages that need a special protection to ensure that their quality is protected even when placed outdoor. The pack is protected by an extensible fi lm hood (applied with our own patented automatic system) which makes its interior really waterproof and resistant to humidity while giving the packaged load a remarkable stability and compactness.

THERMOSHRINKING MACHINES
Ideal for palletized products, thermoshrinking machines meet the most varied demands and needs. The product is packed with heat-shrinking fi lm through a hot hooding pro-cess: the fi lm adheres perfectly to the product giving it great stability and protecting it from external agents. All the machine use and maintenance functions are controlled by a PLC which manages all the automatic and manual operations.
