PACKAGED System is the quickest and most competitive solution for climate control in large buildings.

The cooling or thermal energy needed for climate control is produced locally – only when required – and sent to the serviced areas via a suitable air distribution and diffusion system, consisting of ducts and diffusion terminals (outlets, anemostats, nozzles, etc.).

These packaged units are highly efficient because they do not use intermediate fluids. They offer a very high performance thanks to systems such as active thermodynamic recovery.

ZEPHIR2 is the innovative all fresh air conditioning monobloc heat pump that executes the recovery of air with a high efficiency, thanks to the integrated energy recovery of the active thermodynamic type and the exclusive construction and functional features.It is a high-performance cooling and heating energy generator that uses the expelled energy as a source and does not have the high load losses of a traditional static recoverer. It is able to compensate the fresh air load and even contribute to the air-conditioning of the served area during most part of its operation.The reduced consumption at partial load of the refrigeration circuit, the electronic expansion valve, the electronic control plug-fans and the wide range of accessories allow to highlight the entire system in the different situations of use.Zephir2 is available in two different configurations:

4 ZEPHIR2 RECOVERYIt is able to do away with a good part of the air renewal load, even in the most demanding operating conditions, entrusting the remaining part to the built-in climate control system. During the remaining operating period, it is able to generate, at levels of high efficiency, further capacity to be introduced into the ambient.

4 ZEPHIR2 ENERGY This is the version with the biggest capacity, able to cancel out the air renewal load for good part of the year. During the remaining operating period, the biggest available capacity leads to a further reduction in the intervention of the built-in climate control system. The ENERGY version therefore increases the advantages of the RECOVERY version.

4VARIABLE CAPACITY UNITIt makes it possible to supply only the capacity effectively requested thanks to the Digital ScrollTM compressor technology (in the smaller models) or by means of large compressors operating on the same cooling circuit (in the larger models). The autonomous air-conditioners of the CSRT-XHE / CSRN-XHE series are Roof-top type units developed by Clivet using the most recent and advanced technologies available on the market dedicated to the treatment of air. Destined to the air-conditioning of small and medium surface environments with medium crowding such as supermarkets, shops, offices and small production areas.

4 Versatility of use: the wide range of versions, options and accessories allow unique integration and flexibility of choice, regardless of the intended use and the external climate.

4 Easy to position and install: the units are exceptionally compact, perfect for positioning on particularly crowded roofs. The units, pre-tested in the factory, feature immediate start-up thanks to the packaged approach, which includes everything the systems needs. It only requires to be connected to the electrical mains and the air system.

4 Reduced management costs: thanks to the high efficiency of the innovative refrigeration circuit optimized for the functioning at partial load, of free-cooling, of the standard heat recoverer on all models featuring air exhaust, of optional electrostatic air filters, of the automatic control and adjustment of all air flows drastically reduce the energy consumption and therefore the management costs.

The packaged air-conditioners in the CSRT-XHE/CSRN-XHE series are outdoor units available with various capacities and a vast range of accessories, including an exclusive system for the thermodynamic recovery of the energy of the discharged air. They are also equipped with Free-Cooling (version C), electronic expansion valve, control logic, and evolved adjustment for the maximum ambient comfort. They are designed for air-conditioning large spaces.Designed to reduce work on site to a minimum, these units have been created with the aim of always working with topmost energy saving through an extremely intelligent and advanced energy control. The energy is supplied solely when and where it is needed.They are extremely versatile units and the airflow may be adjusted to three levels: standard, high and reduced. The unit may be adapted to all kinds of requirements thanks to many different possibilities of installation. There are two main constructional configurations:

The autonomous air-conditioners of the CSNX-XHE series are Roof-top type units developed by Clivet using the most recent and advanced technologies available on the market dedicated to the treatment of air. Intended for the air-conditioning of high attendance areas such as Congress Centers, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, bars, discoteques.

4Versatility of use: the wide range of versions, options and accessories allow unique integration and flexibility of choice, regardless of the intended use and the external climate.

4Easy to position and install: the units are exceptionally compact, perfect for positioning on particularly crowded roofs. The units, pre-tested in the factory, feature immediate start-up thanks to the packaged approach, which includes everything the systems needs. It only requires to be connected to the electrical mains and the air system.

4Reduced management costs: thanks to the high efficiency of the innovative refrigeration circuit optimized for the functioning at partial load, of free-cooling, of the heat recoverer, of optional electrostatic air filters, of the automatic control and adjustment of all air flows drastically reduce the energy consumption and therefore the management costs.

During winter it is able to condition with full fresh air just through electrical supply up to -12°C and below such temperature air-conditioning is possible via pre-heating with a hot water or gas module coil.

The units, pre-tested in the factory, feature immediate start-up thanks to the packaged approach, which includes everything the systems needs. The autonomous air conditioners CAS-X and CASR-X are vertical indoor units that automatically cool all year round.The numerous combinations of versions and accessories make the unit easy to install in technical rooms, service areas like closets or warehouses and directly in the area to be airconditioned.Thanks to the Scroll compressors, to the electronic expansion valve, to the electronically controlled fan these units stand out for their high efficiency in every operating condition and for their reliability. The installation is easy too thanks to the specific hydraulic pipe worksavailable for the different solutions. These are supplied already mounted and tested in the unit for the water cooled units CAS-X. The CASR-X units have been studied, on the other hand, to be connected with the remote condensers type CE-X.

The remote air-cooled condensers in the CE-X range are designed for use with the indoor motorised evaporating units in the UCP-DX and CASR-X range.They are available in three soundproofing versions: standard (ST), low noise (LN) and extra low noise (EN), to satisfy even the severest of requirements in terms of noise limits.They are fitted with axial-flow fans with open inlet and outlet, suitable for installation outdoors, with large exchange surfaces and fan speed adjustment (optional) to optimise the cooling performance of the coupled units.All the units comply with Clivet’s high quality standards and undergo severe tests during assembly.
