Why Dr Malachi Z. York Moved to The State of Georgia in 1993

In the late 1900’s, not too long ago, The Nu-waupian Nation walking with their Master Teacher Dr. Malachi Z. York, purchased 476 acres of land in the County of Putnam County, Eatonton, Georgia.

Dr. Malachi Z. York has guided his Students through many primary spiri-tual schools in order to pre-pare them to become aware of the Truths that can be realized in each of them. The Rel igious Schools of M o s e i s m , { J u d a i s m ) , Christism (Christianity} and Muhammadism (Islam) are all found in the curriculum of Sound, Right Knowledge.

Back in the 1960’s I heard The late great Honor-able Elijah Muhammad say, “The Church is the Grave Yard of his people, The so-called American “Negroes”.

Then, in the 1970’s I read the Teachings of Dr. Malachi Z. York and he stated that it is better to “KNOW” than to just “BELIEVE” or

have “FAITH”. True Rulers “KNOW” while their “Subjects” merely “BELIEVE”.

The Mayor of New York City sent an Award Letter to Dr. Malachi Z. York and the ANSARULLAH COMMUNITY located on Bushwick Avenue, in New York. The Mayor commended Dr. York and his adherents for their success in cleaning up the Bushwick Avenue neighborhood from crime and drugs; thereby, making it a safer environment to live in. This area was once noted as one of the roughest parts of Kings County, New York.

Ask all the children’s hospi-tals where each child was told to make a wish. Most children asked for various gifts, which they received. One child, Breon, who suffered from sickle cell anemia, was not only given a Play Station, but was also given a cure for his sickness. Dr. Michael Wilburn of the Al Mahdi Shrine and a student of Dr. Malachi York, found a cure to sickle cell and it has worked for Breon. Ask him and his par-ents how they feel about Dr. Malachi Z. York. Ask Desmond Taylor, who was struggling to finish college, and sought help. It was Dr. Malachi York who decided to set up a schol-arship fund to help Taylor and other students like him. So, I decided it is best for me to relo-cate to another part of Georgia, where our seed is also, which was Clark County, in Athens, Georgia. So we went over there, we rented an Apartment over there, for a while, to search out a house. Then, we found an apartment to move into, and then from there, we did some research with a Realty Bro-ker and brought the Property. Then we went to Court to file for a Busi-ness License so we could set up and operate a business from inside our house. It was legal to set up a busi-ness inside one’s home. So, we set up a legal business, went downtown, registered the business; a mailing business, to distribute our books, it was time for me to come to our or-ganization, and set up there, and we were doing real well for a while until Sheriff Howard Sills found out where we were at and he started his harassment over there too.

QUESTION: Right now the Property, as far as the research I’ve done, reveals that during FEBRUARY 2002, there was a Civil Case on CD1-1, if I’m not mistaken. At that point in time Judge Hugh B. Winkler put on record that the 476 acres of property in EATON-TON, Georgia’s Putnam County did not belong to you, is that correct?

Dr Malachi Z. York: That’s correct, and in fact, he made a state-ment that was very clear that I have no interest; it is very important; for, that takes up all the monetary inter-ests….. “He has no interest in the property”. I have no interest in it and nothing to gain, nothing to lose. But, that does not give me the right not to visit there. I can visit there like any-body else. I wasn’t restricted or banned, you follow? But it is not my property, I did not own the property, because the property was owned by the EVANS FAMILY, the RICHARD-SON FAMILY….

QUESTION: Okay how did this case, first, develop? I’m talking about the media case? I’ve done my own research, on the characteristics of a PEDOPHILE, and I remember back in May 2002, that Sheriff How-ard Richard Sills classified you as a pseudo-pedophile, which blatantly violates your constitutional rights.

Seven people linked to the United Nu-waubian Nation of Moors have filed a fed-eral lawsuit against Putnam County Sher-iff Howard Sills, saying he did not act quickly enough on reports that children were being molested at the group's head-quarters.

Sills' delay in investigating the allegations resulted in the plaintiffs' children suffering "great pain of mind and body," the com-p l a i n t s s a y .

The group's leader, Malachi York, was convicted of molestation and other charges earlier this year and was sen-tenced in April to 135 years in prison.

The six filings all consist of a one-page complaint stating that on Sept. 25, 1998, officials with the state Division of Family and Children Services informed Sills of alleged molestation occurring at the g r o u p ' s r u r a l h e a d q u a r t e r s .

But Sills said Thursday the complaints are b a s e l e s s .

"I wish it hadn't taken four years to com-plete the investigation," Sills said. "That would have been four years of hell my community, myself and my family would-n't have had to go through."

Each of the complainants is acting as his or her own attorney, court records show. The complaints also each seek $100,000 in damages from Sills.

The Nuwaupian group moved to Putnam County from New York in 1993 and has recently changed its name to the Yamassee Native Americans of the Creek Nation.

The Universal Master Teacher

NUWAUPIAN’S SACRED LAND STOLEN & AUCTIONED OFFL i e u t e n a n t o f I n f o r m a t i o n : A h a U a A t u m In June of 2005 Demolition crews in Putnam County started tearing down the Egiptian Monuments and housing of The Ancient Egip-tian Order in what was the Sacred Land of the United Nuwaupian Nation.

The 476-acre parcel was seized in 2004 by the U.S. Government after Dr Malachi Z. York, The Master Teacher of the Nuwaupian Na-tion and a Nazdir, divine figure to its members, was falsely convicted of racketeering and on six baseless child molestation-related charges. There was no DNA evidence and the so-called victims have since signed and certified affidavits testifying that the child molestation charges were lies. Nevertheless Judge Ashley Royal sentenced Dr Malachi Z. York to 135 years in Federal Prison (The Belly of The Beast).

The 476 acres of Nuwaupian Land located in Eatonton, Putnam County, Georgia is a little more than an hour southeast of Atlanta, was sold Wednesday for $1,100,000 (one million, one hundred thousand dollars) to a developer, said U.S. Marshal's Service spokes-man, Dave Turner. The new owner, Milledgeville developer Lawson Lawrence, plans to sell the property soon. He said the rolling land made up of pasture, woods, and four lakes would be a perfect "retreat" for somebody.

Sheriff Howard Richard Sills, stalked and harassed Dr. Malachi Z. York during a lengthy investigation and legal battle. The Newsmedia recorded Sheriff Sills as he operated a front-end loader and tore down the arched gate to the Sacred Tama-Re Land Entrance. It came down easily. "Typical Nuwaupian style — stucco and Styrofoam," Sills said as he mocked his demolition of Nuwaupian con-struction.

Sills was stationed outside the property Friday morning, according to Journalist Bill Torpy of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and spoke with relish as he watched crews tear through the series of obelisks, statues, arches, and buildings; many of the dozens of structures which stood on the 19 acres of Nuwaupian Sacred Land.

The hate-filled Sheriff Sills reportedly stated, "It feels good to tear down the SOB myself." He further bragged, "By the middle of next week, there will be nothing but a couple of pyramids. This place where so many despicable things happened is gone."

TAMA-RE was a place where African-Americans could visit in Georgia and learn of their Great History and Heritage, a Place of Quie-tude, and Peace. DR. MALACHI Z. YORK’S HOME STOLEN BY CONSPIRATORS

The Nuwaupians, guided by Dr. Malachi Z. York built a series of pyramids, obelisks, and statues on TAMA-RE in Eattonton, Putnam County, in the State of Georgia and then got in repeated legal and zoning disputes with racist county officials.

At least 200 members lived on the land at one time. However, very few of the Nuwaubians still live in the area, due to the Gestapo type Raid and illegal confiscation of Land and property.

Athens, Ga. -- The Conspirators against the Nuwaupian Nation, also, confiscated the home of Dr. Malachi Zodok York who owned a Mansion in Athens, Georgia. It was here that the conspirators claimed crimes of child molestation had occurred. All Lies!

Dr. Malachi Z. York was even given a false name by the conspirators….“Dwight York”... after being railroaded by bigoted Federal Judge Ashley Royal who over sentenced Dr. Malachi Z. York to 135 years in Federal prison. Dr. York is now serving an unjust 135-year prison sentence on federal charges of child molestation and RICO racketeering charges.

Nuwaupians in the Athen’s area continue to show up and check out the nine-bedroom house at 155 Mansfield Court in West Athens which was once owned by their Master Teacher, Dr. Malachi Z. York. The U.S. Marshals Service plans to auction off the house, one of two properties that were seized after Dr. Malachi Z. York’s conviction in January of 2004 (2 years after his arrest with no possibility of bail on May 8th, 2002).

It has been reported that No one has lived in the mansion for years, since Dr. Malachi Z. York's arrest in May of 2002. It was reported that two prospective buyers who inspected the property at one time - Brad Stephens, a Duluth home builder, and David Felt, an Athens attorney - were consid-ering a bid as partners to renovate the mansion and resell it for a profit.

The size of the 8,309-square-foot house might scare away buyers more than the lies about Dr. Malachi Z. York, its previous owner, according to a Caucasian developer.

The minimum bid in the online auction, which closed at 3 p.m., was $420,000. As of late Tuesday afternoon, auctioneers had only two bids, the latest a $445,000 offer for the house that was confis-cated from Dr. Malachi Z. York who bought it in 1998 for $528,000. According to the Marshals Ser-vice, the house is assessed at $840,000.

Dr. Malachi Z. York, a native of Brooklyn, New York, started The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors in New York City in the late 1960s. The Nuwaupians moved to Georgia in 1993, with about 500 of Dr. Malachi Z. York's Adherents, settling on a 476-acre parcel of land in Eatonton, Georgia, called TAMA-RE, or “LITTLE EGIPT OF THE WEST EMBASSY”.

In addition, according to the Mansfield Court property, Nuwaupians bought the former Ideal Amusements Building on West Broad Street in Athens for $385,000.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office was presented a check after the sale of 476 Acres of land in Eaton-ton, Putnam County, Georgia for more than a half-million dollars, which were the proceeds from the sale of property seized from the Nuwaupians and their Master Teacher, Dr. Malachi Z. York.

Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills said he didn’t know if the $545,985 check would cover the amount his department spent in the six-year inves-tigation of York and resulting litigation.

“We expended a great deal of money over those six years,” Sills said.

So, it is pristinely clear that the thefts of American white supremacist continue even now! Here we have hard working African Americans who are seeking to be righteous and productive citizens being victimized and robbed by the very ones em-powered to protect them and uphold the Law of the Land (Human Rights, Civil Rights, and United States Constitutional Rights)! Sheriff Howard Richard Sills’ office was given $545,895.00 from the illegal sale of The Nu-waupian’s 476-acres of land in Putnam County, which was seized by the U.S. Federal Government in August 2004 and sold in June of 2005 for more than $1,000,000 (one million dollars). The IRS re-ceived about $99, 270 (ninety-nine thousand, two hundred and seventy dollars) from the sale and about $350,000 (three hundred and fifty thousand dollars) went to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.).

In addition, about $750,000 to $1 million worth of property and cash were seized in Athens from Dr. Malachi Z. York, but they have not been liquidated yet, said acting U.S. Attorney Pete Peterman.

When that property was sold, it was divided up into similar proportions to the same conspiring agen-cies. To our knowledge the alleged victims didn’t get a dime. This is the same old Slavery actions perpetrated against the African Ancestors of old.
