TECHNICAL RISK ASSESSMENT

Risk: Incorrect or no medication reaching user Dispense from incorrect location Failure to dispense Incorrect medication fill False positive/negative from biometric scanner

Reviewed results with project team and customer

Mitigations: Double check programming/circuitry Person refilling held accountable: datalogging,

pick list Research and purchase best scanner within

budget.

CURRENT STATE OF DESIGN

Design meets all customer needs except: Interfacing with a network

Design meets all engineering specs Schedule: A week or two behind so we can

research a few new dispense detection methods

Confident with design going onto the next steps

Mitigations: Not enough time for network, propose for next

iteration Catch up with research over spring break
