Methods of raising capital

• Crowd sourcing: many individual contributions in the form of loans, shares or donations

• Ethical risk capital: Share subscription in company that owns the village. Exit when assets, like houses, conference centers etc are sold off

• Long-term investment: share of income from rent of farm, nursery, etc

• Corporate sponsorship: connected to carbon sequestration
