a valid active directory ID & password, a PTrac license, and your browser should be Internet Explorer Version 7 or Firefox.

enter, store and review performance data.

If pages seem slow to open – The application seems to run faster if you open a new browser each time you access it.

If you cannot see the entire worksheet, you may not have your browser window maximized. Double click on the top bar or click the screen size icon to maximize the worksheet.

Internet Explorer 8 is not compatible with PTrac. Many IE8 users will download Firefox to use the application.

Firefox users may have to clear their cookies and reopen the browser if the PTrac does not open.
