Limited WarrantyFour year Surface Warranty:Burton spas warranty the spa shell not to crack resulting in the loss of water for four years from the date of the original purchaser’s delivery. Burton Spas will, at its option repair or replace the shell portion of the spa if a leak should occur.
Two Year Equipment Warranty:All electrical components used in the Burton Spa are warranted to be free from all defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of the spas original delivery.
Two Year Plumbing Warranty:Burton Spas warrants the plumbing harness and related components such as jets and suctions against leaking for a period of two years from the spas original delivery. Union leaks are considered user serviceable items.
One Year Labor Warranty:On site labor required to repair warranted items shall be provided by burton spas or an approved agent for the period of one year.
Limitations:This warranty is void if the spa is used or installed in a commercial application or if any component is modified, altered or misused or abused in any way. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation or improper water chemistry. Please note that it shall be considered abuse to leave the spa exposed to sun when it is empty of water. This warranty does not apply to wearable items such as filters, elements, fuses, spa cover, pump seals and light bulbs.
Warranty Performance:In the event that it is necessary to remove the spa from the residential premises to repair or replace warranted items, any and all costs of the spa removal and replacement including but not limited to damages to landscaping, decking, fencing, structural alterations or any costs related to obtaining access to the spa are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs, mileage and or call out fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions of warranties:All warranties provided hereunder extend only to the original customer of the spa if purchased and originally installed within the boundaries of the country where it was originally purchased. All warranties hereunder terminate upon transfer of ownership of a spa from the original customer. Your limited warranty does not include repair travel mileage or for shipping cost assessed by your Factory Authorized Dealer or service agents. All events covered by this Limited Warranty hereunder must be repaired by a Factory Authorized Dealer of Burton Spas®. The warranties will not include any costs of repair incurred by a non-factory authorized agent. To obtain service, the customer must contact the Factory Authorized Dealer in his area.
