RACE ACTIVATION

RACE ACTIVATION• Provide weekend itineraries upon request

• Coordinate client and VIP transportation and lodging

• Coordinate ticket allocation and credentialing

• Facilitate business-to-business introductions and partnership opportunities

• At-track transportation coordination

• VIP tours - pit, garage, inspection stations, driver’s meeting, driver introductions, pit row and pit box experience

MOBILE MARKETING• Develop a mobile marketing platform for sponsors to showcase their products and

services:

• Obtain vendors to provide the highest quality, least expensive developer for the mobile platform

• Provide the client with the top three quotes

• Advise the client of the best source

• Assign personnel to transport, build, and break down the unit

• Provide on-site management and staffing

• Coordinate with team and sponsor to provide a showcar program if desired:

• Scheduling for the event season

• Provide driver and set-up crew; manage temporary hires for run-of-show

• Develop post-event recap and analysis

• INITIATIVE: Manage and execute all aspects of the Office Depot Racing program in NASCAR

• APPROACH: Invite key guests to every race, including contract sales clients, key in-store users, local influencers, and other business-to-business clients to enjoy a once in a lifetime NASCAR experience

CASE STUDY: OFFICE DEPOT

• INTEGRATION: Utilize credentials to allow guests behind the scenes access to the sport and superstars of NASCAR

• Tours of pits, garage, transport (hauler), and access to the inspection stations

• Coordination of driver meet and greets

• Provide unique access for guests to driver’s meeting, driver’s introductions, and pit box access during the race

• Provide a hospitality or suite experience for larger groups of guests (40-175) to allow clients and agents the opportunity to interact in a social environment with food and beverage and a relaxing atmosphere

• Provide a driver question and answer session

• Provide tickets to race or suite for viewing the race

• Provide Fan Scan units for an interactive experience to the race

• MANAGEMENT: Owen Marketing personnel managed all aspects of both of these experiences including pre-race preparation, race activation, and post race follow-up

CASE STUDY: OFFICE DEPOT

RESULTS: In an 18-month period from January 2011 - June 2012 Office Depot Racing was able to influence

$132M in new and expanded business for Office Depot utilizing the on-site activation and business-to-business introduction at the tracks. This new business included new clients, increased buys from existing clients, and

improved relationships with at risk clients.
