ADDITIONAL PROJECTS Back-Up Generators, District Wide $2.6M - Design: AMC Engineering, 1oo% design - Base bid includes Wasilla MS, Wasilla HS and Palmer HS - MSBSD approved 3 manufactures and will be advertised this month

Big Lake ES Renovation Ph II $800K, and ADA Parking Upgrades $200K

- Work includes flooring, lighting, washroom partitions, and parking lot - Flooring and parking lot were complete prior to school start - Bathroom partitions are near completion - Lighting is currently advertised with bids due December 1

District Wide HVAC Upgrades $7.1M - Design: PDC Engineers, Contractor: Wirtanen Construction - Scope includes upgrading building controls from pneumatic to direct digital controls and is approximately 40% complete - Work will continue into the 2017 school year

ADDITIONAL PROJECTS cont. District Wide Energy Upgrades $3.1M (Gym Lighting and Windows) - Design: Architects Alaska, Construction: Haakenson Electric -- New LED Gym lighting: Wasilla HS, Burchell, Houston MS, Cottonwood Creek, Pioneer Peak, Larsen, Shaw, and Snowshoe, Big Lake, Willow, Swanson, Sherrod, and Goose Bay are complete -- Palmer Jr MS gym lighting will be complete this month - Partial window replacements at 18 schools will be advertised this winter for summer 2016 construction

Flooring Replacements $200K (funded by flooring bond balance) - Scope includes new poured rubber gym flooring at Sherrod, Swanson and Pioneer Peak Elementary Schools - Work will occur over Christmas and spring breaks

Roof Bond Balance $800K - Replace Sutton ES roof summer 2016
