OVERVIEW OF MIGRATION PROCESS Before you start, choose your new two-factor authenticator (2FA): either the Nedbank Business Authenticator (NBA) app, or a new Fast Identity Online Universal two-factor token (FIDO U2F). Ensure your browser and phone meet the minimum technical requirements as outlined below. This is the process for existing NetBank Business, Cash Management, NIS Custodial Services, Nedbank Accounting and NedTreasury users to enable their access to the new Nedbank Business Hub (NBH). STEP ONE: LINK PROFILE TO NEDBANK ID Log in to NetBank Business/NedTreasury. You will be presented with a screen informing you of the steps to take to migrate to the new Nedbank Business Hub (NBH). https://secured-id.nedbank.co.za/%20Nedbank%20Authentication Fraudsters try to trick you into giving your login details via email, SMS and phone calls. Never share your login details with anyone. secured-id.nedbank.co.za When you are ready, you can click on Start migration process. You will then need to log in with your Nedbank ID if you have one, or create a Nedbank ID. Your Nedbank ID will now be linked to your existing NetBank Business/ NedTreasury profile number and user ID. Print or save the Certificate password & Hub URL screen. Copy the link to the Nedbank ID site. Close the NetBank Business/NedTreasury browser and remove the token. STEP TWO: IMPORT CERTIFICATE Paste the URL from the Certificate password & Hub URL screen presented in step one into Chrome (https://secured-id.nedbank.co.za/). Please see minimum technical requirements below. Log in with your Nedbank ID. Click on Security settings > Nedbank Business Hub > Download Certificate. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile device to secure the download of your certificate. After downloading the certificate, double-click on the certificate.pfx file in the bottom left corner of your screen to start the certificate import wizard. Import the certificate by clicking through the wizard where you will be prompted to enter the certificate password. On completion of the import, click on Nedbank Business Hub and you will be taken to a new URL: https://nedbankbusinessHub.nedbank.co.za/. STEP THREE: LINK TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATOR TO NEDBANK ID From the URL: https://nedbankbusinessHub.nedbank.co.za/ you will be prompted to click Ok on the certificate. Log in with your Nedbank ID. Select to register either the NBA app or FIDO token. For the NBA app click on Click on Device Unregistered and click here to scan your QR code. Scan the QR code with the NBA app or tap the token. Click on Accept or tap the token to confirm the link. You have migrated to the NBH. It is important to note that once you have activated the new two-factor authenticator (NBA app or FIDO token), you will not be able to use the old method (your current token or certificate) to access NetBank Business or NedTreasury. OVERVIEW OF MIGRATION PROCESS

• When you are ready, you can click on Start migration process. • You will then need to log in with your Nedbank ID if you have one, or create a

Nedbank ID.

• Your Nedbank ID will now be linked to your existing NetBank Business/NedTreasury profile number and user ID.

• Print or save the Certificate password & Hub URL screen.

• Copy the link to the Nedbank ID site.

• Close the NetBank Business/NedTreasury browser and remove the token.

STEP TWO: IMPORT CERTIFICATE• Paste the URL from the Certificate password & Hub URL screen presented in

step one into Chrome (https://secured-id.nedbank.co.za/). Please see minimum technical requirements below. Log in with your Nedbank ID.

• Click on Security settings > Nedbank Business Hub > Download Certificate.

• A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile device to secure the download of your certificate.

• After downloading the certificate, double-click on the certificate.pfx file in the bottom left corner of your screen to start the certificate import wizard.

• Import the certificate by clicking through the wizard where you will be prompted to enter the certificate password.

• On completion of the import, click on Nedbank Business Hub and you will be taken to a new URL: https://nedbankbusinessHub.nedbank.co.za/.

STEP THREE: LINK TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATOR TO NEDBANK ID • From the URL: https://nedbankbusinessHub.nedbank.co.za/ you will be

prompted to click Ok on the certificate.

• Log in with your Nedbank ID.

• Select to register either the NBA app or FIDO token. For the NBA app click on Click on Device Unregistered and click here to scan your QR code.

• Scan the QR code with the NBA app or tap the token.

• Click on Accept or tap the token to confirm the link.

• You have migrated to the NBH.

It is important to note that once you have activated the new two-factor authenticator (NBA app or FIDO token), you will not be able to use the old method (your current token or certificate) to access NetBank Business or NedTreasury.

MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

HOW TO CREATE A NEDBANK ID ONLINE

1 Log in to https://secured-id.nedbank.co.za/ and click on Register.

From www.nedbank.co.za click on the padlock on the right of the screen and then Nedbank ID in the dropdown list.

2 Capture all the details required providing either your South African identity or foreign passport number.

4 Create a Nedbank ID username and password.

4.1 Your username must be alphanumeric (this means it must contain letters and numbers) and must be at least seven characters long. You cannot use spaces, and only these special characters can be used: +-@()

4.2 You will be guided in creating your password with a handy password strength meter. Your password must have:

• between eight and 16 characters;

• at least four letters;

• lower-case (a-z) and upper-case letters (A-Z);

• a number (0-9); and

• a special character (@%&!).

3 Accept the Approve-it message sent to your mobile number provided in the Nedbank ID registration.

RECOVER YOUR NEDBANK ID

Navigate to Nedbank.co.za.

Click on Online Banking.

Click on Forgot your details?

Click on I need my Nedbank ID username.

You will be asked to enter your South African identity number or foreign passport number and your cellphone number. Your Nedbank ID will be sent to your cellphone number.

NEDBANK ID PASSWORD CRITERIA:

Between eight and sixteen characters long.

At least four alpha characters with some lower-case and some upper-case.

At least one numeric character.

At least one special character (@#$%^&*).

LINK PROFILE TO NEDBANK ID

You will be presented with the screen Migration to the Nedbank Business Hub once you have been notified of the migration process.

STEP ONE: Link profile to Nedbank ID | STEP TWO: Import certificate | STEP THREE: Link two-factor authenticator to Nedbank ID

1 LOG IN TO NETBANK BUSINESS/NEDTREASURY

AS USUAL.

2 CLICK ON START MIGRATION PROCESS.

3 LINK YOUR NEDBANK ID TO YOUR PROFILE NUMBER, TOKEN PIN AND PROFILE

PASSWORD CREDENTIALS.

Register your Nedbank ID with a South African identity or passport number

If you already have a Nedbank ID, click on I have a Nedbank ID. You will then be prompted to log in with your Nedbank ID username and password. You will be presented with the information necessary to download a certificate in step four below.

If you do not have a Nedbank ID, click on Create a Nedbank ID and follow the next steps.

If you have multiple profiles on NetBank Business or NedTreasury, repeat steps one to three for each profile.

Complete all fields with your personal details.

4. PRINT/DOWNLOAD AND SAVE THIS PAGE.

Print or save the certificate password on this instruction page. The certificate password will be needed to download a certificate to your PC/laptop safely. Copy or record the link from the certificate download site as you will use this as part of the certificate download process. The certificate password will be needed to safely import a certificate to your PC/laptop.

Note: Close your browser and remove your token.

An Approve-it message will be sent to your mobile device. You will need to accept this message and finish registering your Nedbank ID.

The following credentials have now been linked to your Nedbank ID:

• Profile number.

• User ID.

• Product (NetBank Business or NedTreasury).

If you have multiple profiles on NetBank Business or

NedTreasury, repeat steps one to three for each profile.

Create your Nedbank ID now by entering your username and password in the relevant fields as shown below.

Once the Nedbank ID is created, or linked to your profile, accept the terms and conditions.

Double click on the certificate.pfx in the bottom-left hand corner.

CLICK ON NEDBANK BUSINESS HUB CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT.

Click on Download certificate. Capture the OTP received on your Mobile device and click Download.

Paste the password into the password field to decrypt and import the certificate. Keep clicking on Next until the certificate import is complete.

Click on Nedbank Business Hubto access the log in to the Nedbank Business Hub.

Click through the screens as prompted by your browser.

Follow the below steps to link the Nedbank Business Authenticator app (NBA app) to your Nedbank ID.

LOG IN TO https://nedbankbusinessHub.nedbank.co.za/ WITH YOUR NEDBANK ID.

It is not possible to access this URLif you have not imported your certificate.

IN THE NBA APP, CLICK ONDEVICE UNREGISTERED, CLICK HERE TO SCAN YOUR QR CODE.

As you click on Nedbank Business Authenticator app registration, the QR code will appear on your PC.

A message will be sent to the NBA app, which you

must accept.

SCAN THE QR CODE ON YOUR PC WITH THE APP (ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE) TO LINK YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

Follow the below steps to link the FIDO token to your Nedbank ID. Do not start the registration of your FIDO token until you have received the token. Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours depending on your location and availability.

It is not possible to access this URLif you have not imported your certificate.

YOU CAN USE THE DEVICE- FRIENDLY NAME DURING 2FA MANAGEMENT IN FUTURE. Click on Save to link the device name to your Nedbank ID.

ACCEPT THE DEVICE-FRIENDLY NAME OR CHANGE IT.

YOU WILL BE REQUESTED TO TAP THE TOKEN AGAIN.

YOU HAVE LINKED YOUR FIDO TOKEN TO YOUR NEDBANK ID SUCCESSFULLY. Click on Continue to access the Nedbank Business Hub.

YOU CAN NOW ACCESS THE NBP.

INSERT YOUR FIDO TOKEN INTO A USB PORT, THEN TAP THE TOKEN TO LINK IT TO YOUR NEDBANK ID.

YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO SELECT A TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATOR (2FA). Click on FIDO device registration.

MULTIPLE PROFILESClients with multiple electronic banking profiles

NAVIGATION

If you have access to more than one electronic banking profile, you will need to repeat Step one, using the old token and your Nedbank ID, until each profile has been linked to your Nedbank ID and new two-factor authenticator. Once you have logged in to the NBP with your Nedbank ID and the new two-factor authenticator, you will not be able to log in to the old NetBank Business/NedTreasury website(s).

This Hub is a single point of entry where you can ‘Apply’ for additional products or request services on your existing accounts, eg IT3b certificate based on the mandate you have.

Authorised Persons can delegate their authority (where required). NetBank Business profile, user and account changes can also be made online.

You can use the top menu to navigate through the Hub.

YOU ARE NOW ON THE LANDING PAGE

OF THE NEDBANK BUSINESS HUB.

You will have access to the electronic banking systems (NetBank Business /NedTreasury) in the Transactional Banking section. The link will be available only if you have the relevant rights to access those systems and if you have moved to the Nedbank Business Hub successfully as described in this document. The Money Web will always be visible and will require a logon.

NAVIGATION

Click on Profile settings to use this self-service capability to do maintenance on your NetBank Business profile and user permissions, for example to remove a user from a profile. There are no manual forms to complete.

Click on User Permissions to manage different user access rights, for example you may manage account service permissions by granting or removing access to services per account per user. This will also include account-specific and non-account-specific user rights for NetBank Business. The General Authorising Extract of Minutes can also be viewed and an authorised person (as nominated in that document) can perform a delegation of authority for other users in your organisation to use the NBP.

Click on NetBank Business to access the electronic banking channel as you know it today. Once inside NetBank Business you will be able to navigate back to the Hub.

Click on NedTreasury to access the electronic banking channel as you know it today. Once inside NedTreasury you will be able to navigate back to the Hub.

In the All accounts section you can access the accounts you are mandated to view along with access to their services, eg their balances, statements, IT3Bs, etc.

Your role and access rights are determined by the business context that you have selected (‘ABC Company’ in the example above). You will be able to view all accounts and balances linked to this context on the Hub.

NAVIGATION

Click on Apply if you want to apply for a new product through the Hub. You can apply for a new product only if your access rights allow it.

Terms and conditions are available for those products that can be applied for on the NBP.

Click on Apply to apply for a new product if your access rights allow.

Tasks are displayed in your My tasks list and may include, for example ‘Acceptance of account application document’ if you applied for an additional current account. It will help you to track and to act on those tasks that are urgent and important.

Scrolling down, the Progress tracking function gives you the ability to track the progress of an item requested through the NBP.

SCROLLING DOWN ON THE PAGE

The Services function gives you the ability to initiate a service from the NBP. There are multiple services available for the different types of accounts you hold with Nedbank, for example certificate of balance, proof of account, settlement letter, etc.

CLICK ON THE LOGOUT LINK IN THE TOP-RIGHT CORNER OF THE SCREEN TO SIGN OUT OF THE NEDBANK BUSINESS HUB.
