OVERVIEW
Founded in 2000, Audax Mezzanine partners with private equity firms to help finance their purchase of middle market companies. We provide junior capital in the form of mezzanine debt, unitranche loans and equity co-investments. We aim to be the sole or lead investor but will participate with other investors in select circumstances. Our strategy is to pursue attractive investment opportunities by forging lasting, long-term relationships with private equity firms in the middle market. Audax Mezzanine has a 19-year track record of helping private equity firms acquire and grow businesses. We provide financing certainty, add-on investment capability and a solutions-seeking approach to working through portfolio challenges.
