First time applicants 1. Non-Agricultural products: a. Complete pages 2-4 of this application b. Submit by MAIL ONLY the completed application with: - ORIGINAL signed and sealed Over Axle and Over Gross Weight Tolerance Permit Bond or - ORIGINAL signed Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit - Payment by check, cashier's check, or money order

2. Agricultural products: a. Complete pages 2-4 of this application and submit by mail with a check, cashier's check, or money order; or b. To pay by credit card or ACH, apply online via the Texas Permitting and Routing Optimization System.

Renewals and/or additional truck applications

2. Submit by mail or via Texas Permitting & Routing Optimization System (TxPROS) the completed application with payment. Only checks, cashier's checks and money orders are accepted with mailed in applications. Applications may be completed via TxPROS if paying by credit card or ACH and an active bond or letter of credit is on file as applicable. Miscellaneous Information
