The History of Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club
Since opening in January 1986, Frenchman’s Creek, developed by Haft-Gaines and Associates,
has become one of the leading country club communities of the world, with its array of ameni-
ties and concierge services.
The community has 606 residences (custom estate homes, patio homes, villas and town homes) built on 770 acres
around two of the most famous 18-hole championship golf courses in Florida. It is the only community in South
Florida that offers a Beach Club, deep-water 130-slip marina on the Intracoastal, golf, tennis, spa and fitness
amenities.
The social clubs, golf courses, and tennis complex – with the exception of the Yacht Club and Marina, were ac-
quired by the membership from Haft-Gaines and Associates in March of 1991.
Frenchman’s Creek offers its members 36 championship golf holes, which are ranked among the finest courses in
Florida by the Golf Club and Golf Week Magazines. Designed by Gardner Dickinson and Jack Nicklaus’ Golf Force
Group, our courses present spirited play for the expert and novice players alike.
Central to Frenchman’s Creek’s tennis program are 13 Har-tru tennis courts, lighted for night play and 6 Pickle Ball
Courts and 2 Bocce Lanes. Members and guests enjoy a full schedule of golf and tennis lessons, clinic, tourna-
ments and exhibitions.
The magnificent bi-level Clubhouse structure (90,000 square feet) was originally designed by the Architectural De-
sign Group built by Gerritt’s Construction. In 2000, the clubhouse was renovated by Peacock & Lewis Architectural
Company along with Weitz Golf Company and the interiors by Image Design. The Club features valet parking, a
living room, men’s and ladies’ locker room facilities, casual and formal dining rooms, outdoor patios, bars, loung-
es, card and conversation rooms, kitchen, administration and board rooms, accounting and property owners offic-
es, golf pro shop, cart and bag storage, tennis pro shop and court registration facilities. Our 24,000 square foot
stand-alone spa and fitness facility is open 24/7 and offers state-of-the-art equipment, personalized instruction
and the latest beauty and spa treatments. The facility is equipped with free weights, television and stereo
equipped cardio machines, Gyrotonic and Pilates equipment. Personal trainers and fitness instructors offer a wide
-array of classes and custom-crafted individual instruction. Our diverse class offerings include, step aerobics, Yoga,
Tai Chi, golf fitness, Zumba dance, spinning and water aerobics.
With a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere and private treatment rooms, the Spa is the perfect place to unwind. Profes-
sional massage therapists provide everything from hot stone massage to general relaxation massage, both at the
club and in your home. Facials, waxing treatments, manicures, pedicures and foot massages round out the person-
alized services.
The Country Club, golf and tennis facilities are located off Donald Ross Road, east of Alternate A-1-A in Palm Beach
Gardens.
Our resort style ocean club – The Beach Club – is situated on Celestial Way in Juno Beach, a short distance from
our main property. The Beach Club, opened in 1990, was designed by Steve/Kunik Architects and built by The Flor-
ida Group with interiors by Shatzi’s Design Company. The Beach Club features valet parking, a swimming
patio area, men’s and ladies locker facilities, dining rooms, bar lounge, an open “performing” kitchen, and a
boardwalk over the dunes to the ocean’s edge.

M ore on our training program…...
At Frenchman’s Creek, we will provide classroom style training twice a week.
As part of our hands on training program you are required to complete online quizzes
through the “ELEAP” program. This will allow you to see your scores immediately and pro-
vide us feedback as to where you may need further instruction.
We encourage your participation in our daily meetings. Your participation in our daily
meetings help us help you gain further knowledge and understanding of how this opera-
tion works and will essentially help you gain a further working knowledge that will follow
you everywhere in your career.
Throughout the year, we have employee get-togethers which allow each of us to get to
know one another on a personal basis from pizza parties, to holiday parties and summer
picnics.
Frenchman’s Creek provides shared living accommodations which include a two bedroom
two bathroom apartment where you will share with 3 others attending the training pro-
gram. The apartment complex which houses our trainees offers swimming pools, a bbq
area, and a fitness gym area. The apartment complex is located near shopping, recrea-
tional facilities, and public transportation. As part of your housing, Frenchman’s Creek
will provide a stipend for electric, and water and we will pay for basic cable and local
phone service. Internet service is available as a shared cost between you and your room-
mates.
Frenchman’s Creek provides transportation from your apartment at scheduled pick up
times and designated locations for pick up and will provide you transportation home after
