ACCOUNTING AND TAX ACCOUNTING SERVICES

To provide accounting support services, Baker Tilly Bel uses the licensed software "1C: Enterprise

8.3.", which relieves the customer of the need to purchase this software product. This software is

constantly updated with the purpose of actualization in accordance with the requirements of the leg-

islation of the Republic of Belarus.

At the request of the customer, it is also possible to use its software installed on the customer's serv-

er by providing remote access for Baker Tilly Bel specialists.

SAP

If the customer uses SAP software to keep accounting records, Baker Tilly Bel specialists will organ-

ize the data entry in accordance with the plan and account codes used by the customer.

Belarusian Standards, IFRS and US GAAP

In accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the company's fi-

nancial statements are compiled in accordance with local standards.

For the purposes of reporting by the holding company, the reporting of the Belarusian subsidiary may

be compiled by Baker Tilly Bel specialists in accordance with international financial reporting stand-

ards or US GAAP standards.

Storage of information and documents

The information is stored on the servers of Baker Tilly Bel with the provision of its permanent backup.

Storage of documents formed in the activities of the customer's company is possible at the office of

Baker Tilly Bel.

Financial and tax reporting services

SERVICES FOR COLCULATION OF WAGES, HR MANAGEMENT & MILITARY ACCOUNTING

At the moment, one of the most demanded service complexes is calculating wages and providing

personnel records management. The demand for services is explained by the fact that the transfer

of these functions to outsourcing allows the customer to get rid of the need to find appropriate staff

with the proper qualifications. In addition, it allows to ensure confidentiality of data on wages in rela-

tions between employees of the customer.

The calculation of wages and the preparation of personnel documents in the Republic of Belarus is

a rather labor-intensive process. This is due to the peculiarities of calculating the average earnings

for the period of illnesses and vacations, payment of business trips, payments for dismissal, etc. In

addition, the application of tax deductions for income tax and benefits for social insurance payments
