Our ExperienceCase Study Due to an organisational restructure, 100 members of staff were being made redundant from an Oil & Gas service company. Due to the number of redundancies and the timescales involved, we proposed delivering the sessions on a group basis.

One-day workshops were developed incorporating CV development, job search strategy and interview techniques. Behavioural tools to look at strengths and weaknesses were also used. Group sizes ranged from 6-8 and included people from varying administrative and technical backgrounds.
