Disaster Loss = 1.8 % of GDP in 1990-2010
6.5% of the annual budget spent on CCA-DRR purposes per annum, which is
equivalent to 1% of the GDP.(around 77% domestic)
Around 1% of the GDP is spent for social protection which are specifically
for disasters(around 80% domestic)
Relief constitute (GR)(almost 100% domestic)
