• I recently bought a used original Wii.

• While trying to setup the device to use my wireless I received:

Wii Error Code 51330

• What does that mean?

• It turns out that it means I had entered my password incorrectly.

• BUT, I had to search the internet (see the catch 22 on this) to learn that.

Working in groups – getting started• Pick groups based on the project rather than the groupmates.

– Groups who LIKE their project are far more productive than groups who like each other.

– Another way of saying this : It is easier to learn to like your partners than it is to learn to like your project.

• Get to know each other– Have food/drink– Find out what you have in common

• Make sure you have the same goals– Are you trying for an A or a C?

• Be aware of everyone’s work styles– What times and places are best to meet?

• Let everyone have their say– Different people have different communication styles– Try taking turns, going around the table, etc.

• Capture ideas on paper, then discuss (criticize) the ideas, not the person

• Find something nice to say (praise first)• Ask questions, propose alternatives; be cautious

about definitive statements• Be open and honest

• Put it in writing– Who is responsible for what; when is it due

• Be aware that there are different ways to contribute – Team members can specialize– Not everyone needs to program
