Dragon Boat PaddlingMondays 6.30pm – 7.30pmTake part in one of the most exciting competitive team sports available on water! Dragon Boat racing has been part of Chinese culture for some 2000 years and is one of the fastest growing Watersports in the world. This year sees the return of the Low Wood Bay Warriors to Windermere. Join our team of up to 18 paddlers for our weekly classes, improving endurance, strength and skill - culminating in the 2018 Dragon Bay Race late summer.

Outdoor BootcampSaturdays 10.30am – 11.30amA workout with a mix of agility, speed, power and strength based exercises. Be prepared for a physical group class with one of our instructors. Bootcamps are great to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense

group sessions.

Buoyancy aids and wetsuits provided where required. Bring your own towel please.

Safety first – all outdoor classes are weather dependent.

Paddlecise Thursdays and Fridays 6.00pm - 7.00pmBlending core strength, coordination and stability with a twist. Our instructors will deliver a range of exercises out on the Lake during a 45 minute paddle session. Be prepared to get wet once or twice. Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and Stand Up

Paddleboards provided.

Nordic WalkingTuesdays 12.30pm – 2.00pm and Wednesdays 1.30pm - 3.00pmThe Low Wood Bay Nordic Walking Club offers a unique outdoors experience. Walking poles are provided as our Nordic Walking instructor takes you on a Lakeland journey. An excellent class for anyone wanting to improve fitness, lose weight, tone the

whole body or simply join a group of like-minded people in the great outdoors.
