Thisamazingeventhasbeenhappeningforover28years,andoursingle-daystreetfaireison

its15thyear!TheCityanditsvolunteerteamlookforwardtoanothersuccessfulshow.Weare

everconsciousofcreatingastrongadvertisingcampaigntopromoteourvendorsandthe

town’sevent.UtilizingprintadsinWillametteWeekandothers,Facebook,Instagramandmore

it’ssuretogetthepickersandthecollectorsouttoourtownfortheday!

HerearetheguidelinesfortheAuroraColonyDaysOutdoorAntique+VintageStreetFaire:

! MORNINGSET-UPbeginsat5:00a.m.onSATURDAY,AUG.13th

! SPACERESERVATIONS–Spacesarereservedonafirstcomefirstservedbasis,sobesuretoturninyourregistrationform,signthevendoragreementformandsubmitpayment.

! TheStreetFaireBEGINSat8:00a.m.Pleasehaveyourboothset-upandshoppablebythattime–wehavewonderfulfolksthatwillbetherelookandbuy!

! TEARDOWNandpackingupwillbeginafter4:00p.m.Noexceptionsplease,asacourtesytoyourneighboringboothsandpatrons.

! CATEGORIES–thiseventiscuratedandtheACDFaireteamwillchooseapplicantswithitemsthatincludeantique,vintage,midcentury,andaselectionofrepurposedgoodsreflectingthedays’currenttrendandgrowingouraudienceatthesametime.

! SIGNAGE–TherewillbeNOsignageindicatinga“%off“or“sale”atanytime.

! CONFIRMATION–Onceyoureceiveyourconfirmationletterfromus,yourpaymentwillbeprocessedandyoucanbuildonyouramazingcollectiontoshareatAuroraColonyDays!Ifyouareavendororhaveastorefront,pleaseletusknow,wewillsendyousomepostcardstopromotetheevent.Pleasenotethattherearenorefunds.

2016VENDORAGREEMENT

Bymysignaturebelow,asanindividualand/orasauthorizedrepresentativeformycompany(ifapplicable)(“vendor”),IacknowledgeandconfirmthatIhavereadandagreetothefollowingtermsregardingand(andorcompany’sifapplicable)participationinthe2016AuroraColonyDaysOutdoorAntique+VintageStreetFaire:

1. VendorshallbefullyandcompletelyresponsibletoenteranduseCityofAurorastreetsandpropertyinaresponsibleandrespectfulmanneratalltimes.

2. VendorshallbesolelyresponsibleforanyandallextraordinarydamagesbeyondnormalwearandtearcausedbyVendortotheCityofAurorastreetsorproperty.VendorunderstandsthatVendorentersintoandusesthecitystreetsandpropertyforthelimitedpurposesofparticipatingintheAuroraColonyDaysOutdoorAntique+VintageStreetFairecompletelyatVendor’sownrisk.

3. TheCityofAuroraanditsvolunteersmakenorepresentationsorwarrantieswhatsoever,andassumenoresponsibilityorliabilitytotheVendor,anypersonsoranimal’sinVendor’sparty,anyvisitors,anyothervendors,and/oranythirdpartyforanypersonalorpropertydamages,lostprofits,lostopportunities,oranyindirect,special,incidental,consequential,punitive,oranyotherdamageswhatsoever.

4. IherebygrantfullpermissiontotheCityofAuroratouseanyphotos,takenbyourappointedphotographer(s),oranyotherrecordofthiseventforanypurposewhatsoever.

5. VendoragreestoholdtheCityofAurora,itsofficers,employeesandvolunteersharmless,andtothefullestextentofthelaw.VendorshallindemnifytheCity,itsemployees,andvolunteersagainstandallliabilityfortortorcontractliabilitiesarisingfromtheVendor’spresenceonoruseofCity’sstreetsorproperty.TheCity,byandthroughitsofficialsandvolunteersreservetherighttoterminatethevendor’srightofentryanduseprivilegesatanytimeverballyorinwriting.

6. ThisagreementshallbegovernedbythelawsoftheStateofOregon.Shouldanylegalaction,includingappeals,bebroughtbyeitherpartyforbreachofthisagreementortoenforceanyprovisioninit,theprevailingpartyinthisactionshallbeentitledtoresponsibleattorneys’fees,courtcostsandrelatedcosts.
