Outline for persuasive speech Does sleeping late night effects students life
INTRODUCTIONAccording to my latest observation sleeping in late night has been a common decease among AIU students. Normally an individual is required to sleep around 7 to 8 hours. When students have the habit of sleeping late night there will more dis advantages happened in there life.
BODY1. There are many reasons that make the student late night sleepers.
1. Using social networking sites in late night.1. Organizing programs in late night.1. Getting in to other friends rooms for chit-chattings1. Listening to music and watching videos in night time.1. Problems from roommates by loud volume of music and watching movies.1. Doing assignments in late night.
2. Consequence of this problem.1. Getting angry.2. Loosing concentration in studies.3. Sleeping in classers.4. Getting absence for classers.
3. Solutions to overcome.1. Making a time table in our practical life.2. Doing our assignments in day time.3. Avoiding listening to music or watching movies in late night.4. Do not have any caffeine in night times. 5. Making your bed room a friendly environment to sleep.
CONCLUSIONSince there are many disadvantages due to this habit students must avoid sleeping late night. Students must be able to be fit in physically and mentally ways. This can make a healthy AIU family. And make students to archive higher goals in there life.
