eperson calling.Second, that people these days are out a nd about
town ona great var ie ty of uncommon war-time undertakings,
frequently leaving their homes and offices with no one toanswer the
telephone.Third, sometimes a minor and temporary disarrangementof
the called telephone prevents the bell from ringing. .Be assured t
ha t t he operators are trying hard to do theirpa rt an d that
their efforts justifies full confidence andconsideration.
