What is your idea that would make significantly more nonprofit employees take advantage of quality pro bono resources?

Simply put , make Pro Bono a Habit- a good habit.

Tattoo Pro Bono into brain circuits of Nonprofit Employees, and, as a result, make it an

effortless action: a Habit!

and the creation of Habit Loops.

Recruit skilled volunteers as Essentialist Coaches

Train skilled volunteers as Essentialist Coaches

Use gamification mechanism to reward coaches

Coaches receive points for every nonprofit that graduates as an Essentialist

Coaches receive points for every Pro Bono engagement undertaken by the Essentialist nonprofit

An analogy to this system would be rewards by Foursquare, Starbucks, Uber, Evernote.
