FF began 20 years ago as Flash Forge, a specialty forging company providing custom technical solutions in specialty materials for our clients’ most demanding require-ments. Since then we have expanded into many new areas, all of them built upon our core expertise in material sourcing, precision manufacturing, advanced quality controls and the creation and delivery of technically superior, forward looking custom solutions in exotic materials.

We pride ourselves in our customer service and sterling reputation in the market. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer, AS 9100 approved, and have over 250,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities around the globe.

We are proud to be a long term partner of the Indian Navy, and to be the first com-pany in India approved by DCNS for the Scorpene Submarine program.

FittingsOur fitting division manufactures a wide variety of fittings for Power, Oil and Gas, and other industries. Our extensive sourcing and manufacturing experience allows us to supply a wide variety of sizes and materials. Recent orders include large quantities of Hastelloy C-276 fittings, including Flanges, Paddle Blinds, Figure 8 Blinds and much more, ranging in size from 8” to 36”.

PipingOur piping division supplies amongst other products:

• High Pressure piping for powerSpecial alloy fabricated piping spools and sys-tems

• Heavy wall thickness (up to 137mm) seamless pipe fittings• Piping manifolds• Steam headers• Boiler components like bifurcates, triple finned elbows and so on

Process EquipmentOur Process Equipment division works in cooperation with The Tata Group, manufac-turing specialty equipment from a large-scale fabrication and machining facility in Mithapur, Gujarat. We work in a wide variety of materials. Amongst other products we manufacture:

Aerospace and DefenceThe Aerospace and Defence division has significant experience in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of Defence components for the various arms of the Indian military.

We are Aerospace approved (AS 9100 <SHOW LOGO>), and amongst other things forge and machine Titanium components for aircraft. Products include:

• High pressure (400 bar) Titanium gas bottles• Maraging steel nose cones• Domes• Missile shell sections• Landing gear components• Sukhoi engine components

MarineOur Marine division works extensively with the Indian Navy, and has facilities in three major defence shipyards. Products include:

• Integrated piping system installation in Titanium, Cupro Nickel and other spe-cial alloys

• Customized piping products• Titanium exhaust trunkings and buffer tanks• Towed Wire Antenna (TWA) installation and maintenance• NAB and Titanium valves• HP air manifold• On line fittings for nuclear applications• Hydraulic manipulators• Combat ventilation heads• GT smothering tanks

We are Future Pipe Limited’s representative for the Indian Marine market, providing Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping.

We have been working with the Indian Navy since the early 1990’s, providing a wide variety of highly specialized products and solutions. We have well-established facili-ties, infrastructure and trained personnel at three of the major Defence shipbuild-ing yards in India, and a track-record of recognized success on the most difficult of projects.

FF Coyard is a Joint Venture with Coyard of France, to manufacture and market cus-tom valves, from France as well as from our manufacturing facility in India. We offer our customers a wide and complete range of valves, with exceptional customization options, traceability, design capabilities, and specialty alloys from our own Casting and Forging facility.

Coyard was established in 1926, and is today one of the worlds leading companies in valve manufacture for Defence, Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Marine, Desalination and Heavy industry.

Coyard holds API and ISO certifications, and extensive references, including with the French Navy.

We supply, on a fast track basis, custom made products, requiring a high degree of technical knowledge, designed to transport all manner of corrosive media at any pressure or temperature.

We have over 150,000 sqft of manufacturing facilities in France, and 80,000 sqft in India.

We control our manufacturing process from start to finish, offering the unusual capability of in-house Casting and Forging, providing our clients with un-paralleled traceability and quality control.

Our Mechanical department is equipped with modern and high performance numeric mills and machining equipment, such as electro-erosion machines, allowing us to process jobs with the highest accuracy, quality & productivity regardless of quantities required.

We design new products daily, further augmenting our reputation as one of the worlds premier high tech, high performance valve manufacturers.

Our products are tested according to all applicable standards, customer specifica-tions and/or according to contract specifications, additional tests can be performed upon request.

FF Optimal Armour is a specialized Composite solution designer and manufacturer, an ISO 9001:2008 company, and has, since 2006 designed, manufactured and delivered industry leading Anti-Ballistic products from its headquarters in the UK. Products include:

• Anti-ballistic helicopter seats• Naval gun shields• Anti-ballistic materials for armoured vehicles• Appliqué armour• Anti-ballistic shields• Body armour to NIJ & STANAG Level IV and higher• Helmets• Anti-cut bars for banks and security establishments

FF acquired Optimal Armour to bring Optimal’s cutting edge products, technologies, intellectual property, manufacturing and research capabilities to the Indian market for the first time, complimented by FF’s well established local capabilities.

FF Optimal Armour is designing and developing new lightweight, high performance composite armour solutions whilst continuing to deliver existing anti-ballistic prod-ucts for the military, law enforcement and pseudo military markets.
