Our Experience in Education

Possessing the scope of experience to undertake such an enormous task, CarpetCare Services were engaged to undertake all installations, make safe restorationand periodic cleaning programs. Twenty schools make up the portfolio in andaround the Sydney Metro and Rural areas. All of our team members pass police &working with children checks in line with government requirements. We workwithin strict guidelines to ensure all works are conducted to government contractstandards. Ancillary tasks are also required to fulfil this contract including but notlimited to moving furniture, workstations, safes, compactus, replacing skirting,lifting doors and specialist electronic movement. All works are completed in schoolholidays meaning large scale installs in short timescales. In Summer 15/16 over20,000 SQM of flooring was laid, equivalent to an area bigger than the SCG in just 6weeks

CHIFLEY SENIOR COLLEGE

The college contacted our division Complete Care Restorations to assist withemergency flooding to the school during the April 2015 storms which hit Sydney.Our restoration teams were quickly mobilized and we were able to save the carpetsin the affected area, utilizing our extensive experience in extraction and drying,coupled with our knowledge of the carpet. As a result of the quick and professionalservice the college received, they approached Carpet Care Services to complete thesupply and installation of carpets in their teaching blocks later that year. Since thistime we have continued to service the college with major installations in additionto cleaning and repairs.

Budgets in this sector under extremepressure also, with the ever-changing pressure on resources. Subfloor condition, current flooring, productlifecycles, cleaning programs, repair versus replace, wool versus nylon, carpetweight, are some of the variables that enable us to evaluate solutions based uponthe cost versus benefit over time.

Our bespoke approach to customer service, gained us much recognition with theprinciple and staff. The school are so committed to providing the best resourcesand environment for their pupils to learn, that they have worked tirelessly to raisefunds to make improvements to the school. Working after school hours and atweekends they had already carried out painting and decoration themselves. AtCarpet Care Floorcoverings we could see first hand the passion and commitment toprovide education for their pupils and wanted to come to the party.
