2Success loves speed. We invited 110 people to take a look at our new opportunity through Facebookmessenger in our first 14 days. Over the course of our first 90 days we invited a total of 315 people to take a look. If someone agreed to take a look, we added them to our contact managementsystem and emailed them a 3 minute overview of our company. Approximately 80% of the 315 people we invited agreed to watch the 3 minutevideo, which means we had 252 people watch the video in 90 days. Breaking Down the Numbers:

Presentations

3After someone watches our 3 minute video and is ready to learn more, we directthem to our company's business presentation, which is inside a private Facebookgroup. We add each person to the group, tag them in the post with our presentation video,and continue to follow up. At this time we also add them to our email series insideour contact management system that provides continuing education, value andinspiration as they explore the business. Of the 252 people who watched the 3 minute video, 50% agreed to move on to thenext step and view the presentation. We had 127 people watch our company's presentation in our first 90 days. Breaking Down the Numbers:

Follow Up

4Once someone agrees to watch the presentation, we continue to follow up withthem, moving them through our funnel through group chats with our upline, emailcommunication and online virtual events. Not only are our prospects receiving email communications on a weekly basis, butwe continue to expose them to the business and share success stories through theposts in our Facebook groups, our own social media posts, group messages andinvitations to future virtual events until they make a decision. Some decide to join as soon as they watch the presentation. Most made a decisionwithin 2-4 weeks of taking a look. Others took 3-6 months of consistent follow upbefore they were ready to enroll Using our multi-touch process we were able to enroll 33 of the people who viewedour presentation as either a business builder or a customer. Breaking Down the Numbers:

Creating Your Own Results

4We teach the 14 => 3 => 1 Formula: Invite 14 people who know, like and trust you to take a look at your business andexpect 3 of them to make it to your company's business presentation. Have 3 people watch your company's business presentation and expect 1 of themto join you in business. To break this down further... expect only 7% of the people you invite to join you inbusiness, and ONLY if you have the right inviting, presenting and follow upstrategies in place. Knowing this number and learning to control your expectations can be a hugebreakthrough in your mindset and business. Most feel they aren't enrolling enoughpeople... but the reality is they aren't talking to enough people! Some Will, MOST WON'T. So what? NEXT! In looking at our own 90 Day Launch numbers you'll see only 25 of our 315invitations (7.9%) joined us in business. It's not an accident, it's a formula! And you can recreate this formula as well... aslong as you have the prospecting steps in place to lead your prospects to adecision.

5Although we only personally enrolled 25 business partners and 13 customers, ourteam grew to 53 business partners and over 150 customers in our first 90 days. How? Because of the simple duplication strategies we have in place: 1. Team Facebook Group: Creates community and provides a place for teammembers to get support and ask questions. 2. Weekly Team Call: Live Q&A, group coaching, and specific training on how toinvite and follow up. 3. Team Training Site: This is where most of our team training happens. We walkpeople through the foundation of building their business, as well as their dailymethod of operation for success. 4. Virtual Facebook Events: A monthly event on Facebook for our team andprospects where we share testimonials, success stories, company info and offerenrollment incentives that encourage fast action. 5. Social Media Posting Strategy: We do not post our company or product nameson social media. Instead we focus on providing value and creating curiosity, whileteaching our team to do the same.
