MaryAnn Bencin M.A., CCC/A, FAAACertified Audiologist

MaryAnn has worked in Lake County for over 20 years. Most of her professional career has been specifically dedicated to hearing aid fitting and counseling.

She is certified by the American Speech, Language and Hear-ing Association (ASHA) and Licensed by the State of Ohio. MaryAnn is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and member of the Ohio Speech and Hearing Association.

Regina Kopera Office Manager

Regina has over 20 years experience in customer service and insurance processing.

When you call to schedule an appointment or make an inquiry, it is Regina who will most likely answer the phone and assist you. She is genuinely kind and caring, and a terrific resource for our clients. Regina is well versed in insurance matters, needs-based assistance programs and creative financing options.

At the time of your office visit, with your insurance cards handy, Regina can contact your health insurance company to see if you are entitled to any hearing aid related benefits. If you do have coverage, we submit your insurance claim for you.

You will need a hearing test. Not to worry, it is painless and it is free. Many factors will be considered as we formulate our recommendations for you, such as your lifestyle, dexterity, personal preferences, and the prescriptive needs of your hearing loss.

Should hearing aids be recommended, we let you experience today’s natural amplification for youself. We want you to learn what we already know: to hear again is truly liberating. On the day you are fit with your selected hearing instruments, you will receive comprehensive training for their use and care. Follow-up visits will be scheduled to monitor your progress, customize your programming, and perform follow-up tests to ensure optimal results, Once you are comfortable with hearing aid wear and care, you will be placed on a maintenance schedule consisting of regular check-ups every 3-4 months. It is of the utmost importance that you continue to hear well. Remember, this is a journey!
