2018 Accomplishments
Successfully transition our entire workforce to Em-
ployees from Independent contractors without reduc-
ing individual wages. This has helped provide more
stability for the TSWSC team and incentivized effort
and good work ethic. PTO, mileage and administrative
pay introduced.
Our Annual Fundraiser (2018 theme—Persian Night
in Boise) was a huge success!! With the help of gener-
ous donors and community partners, we were able to
raise $7746 to support our Community Building and
Healing Programs.
