OUR COMMUNITY We are dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment where families and friends create a lifetime of memories. We target young families (35-45) with children that live within 60 miles of the park. Sandy Pines is primarily a weekend getaway for local working professionals. We have 2,200 total sites which include member owned sites, campsites, rental cabins & park models. Members own 2,172 sites. We have 85 rental sites which include: 77 campsites, 3 park model rentals and 5 rustic cabins. We average a population of 8,000 during summer weekdays, 10-12,000 on summer weekends and 30-40,000 on holiday weekends.

PARK NEWS Since we are our own little city, we have a lot of news, events and details to keep in front of our members, campers, and guests. Information starts on our website and then we use our E-News Weekend Flyer, Footprints Newsletter, Resort TV Channel and posters to help spread the news.

FOOTPRINTS NEWSLETTER Sandy Pines Footprints newsletter provides tips, department updates, news, and event happenings throughout the year to thousands of members, campers, and guests. Create a year-round relationship with our readers so they know how to answer questions when they are vacationing. The Sandy Pines Footprints newsletter is a free, full color publication that is distributed eight times a year – monthly from March-October and bi- monthly in November/December and in January/February. Approximately 2,500 members have access to this publication. A digital version of the newsletter is also available on our website.

THE WEEKLY FLYER The Sandy Pines Weekly Flyer starts each season on Memorial Day Weekend and ends on Labor Day Weekend. It's the weekly guide to all events and important park information. It's published at the beginning of each week and posted on our website, sent to members through our Weekly Member E-News, shared on Facebook and printed for distribution throughout the park. We only offer one ad each week so you’ll have exclusive exposure on the Weekend Flyer. Stats:

• Print: We distribute 1,000 printed copies on holiday weekends & 600 on normal weekends • Digital: We post digital copies online and promote through our Member E-News and social media. Weekly

PARK POSTER BOARDS We have 16 poster boards located throughout the park in high traffic areas such as our Convenience Centers (bath & shower facilities) and at all our park offices and recreation facilities. SANDY PINES RESORT CHANNEL Our locally produced television network is the exclusive source of televised area information for vacationers in the Sandy Pines community, and will feature multiple proprietary channels, specific to the needs and desires of our membership. Sandy Pines gives your business access to over 2,200 sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a local business, you can build brand awareness among our select group of members who are looking to stay close, yet experience what the surrounding communities have to offer. Our members crave information. We create video segments for local businesses that appeal to sight, sound, and emotion to capture a viewer’s attention better than any other medium.

EVENT CALENDAR Sandy Pines Members and Campers make reservations and plans a year in advance based off of their favorite Annual Events. Some of the most popular and well attended events include the Memorial holiday weekend, Drive In Movies, the Classic Car Show, Parkwide Garage Sales, the 4th of July holiday weekend events which include a parade and fireworks, Family Fun Day, Halloween In July, Vacation Bible Schol, Christmas In August, The Rainbow of Color Run, the Labor Day holiday weekend events which include fireworks, Sunday Morning Chapel Services, and Sunday Evening Chapel Concerts. We also hold monthly Flea Markets boasting 116 vendor booths selling plants, vintage furniture, golf carts, arts & crafts, and tasty edible treats. The calendars are 11” wide x 10.5” tall and feature an 11” wide x 2” tall drop down advertising banner which will get your business in front of members and guest campers year-round. Stats:

• We sold 460 calendars sold our first year in 2019 and estimate we’ll sell over 600 in 2020.

PARK MAP When you advertise on our park map, your message is seen by our local members all season long and placed in the hands of all visiting campers. Most campers are new to the area and looking for fun things to do along with local products and services. Your ad and location will be listed on the back of our park map so members, guests, and campers can easily find you when they’re seeking what you have to offer. Our park maps are also listed on our website and on display in our park office.
