FORMALDEHYDENational’s products are compliant with the low emissions criteria of the ANSI/BIFMA Standard Method 7.1-2011(R2016) and ANSI/BIFMA e3-2014 Furniture Sustainability Standard, Sections 7.6.1 and 7.6.2 (seating also meets section 7.6.3). This compliance has earned our products the SCS Indoor Advantage™ Gold label. Additionally, our products are certified to the level® label for meeting the low emissions criteria and a variety of other stringent requirements. PERFLUORINATED COMPOUNDS (PFCS)Casegoods and tables from National are PFC free. Seating is PFC free unless ordered in a fabric that contains PFCs, which are often found in stain repellent treatments. Customers are responsible for Customer’s Own Materials (COM) content.

POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC)National’s wood veneer casegoods and tables are PVC free. Laminate casegoods and tables also comply with Healthier Hospitals requirements. PVC components are less than 1% of the total weight of the workstation or table. Our seating products are PVC free, unless ordered in vinyl upholstery.
