Chocolate Cookies

You need:

200g flour 2 tbsp. cocoa powder 125g sugar a bit salt 150g butter 1 egg 50g almonds

How you do it:

Put the flour, cocoa, sugar, butter and the egg in a bowl and knead them

Chop the almonds coarsely Add the almonds to the bowl with the other ingredients and knead

the dough again Form 4 cm rolls, wrap them in a foil and put the rolls in the fridge

overnight On the next day you have to cut the rolls in 1 cm slices Bake the cookies at 175-200°C for about 9 minutes

Roasted Almonds with the Thermomix

You need:

200g almonds 10g butter 80g sugar a bit cinnamon 10g water

How you do it:

Put the almonds on a sheet and put this in a oven for 15 minutes Then put the almonds, butter, sugar and cinnamon in the pot heat this up with following settings: 2 minutes/left

rotation/deepest level Put water in the pot and heat it up with following settings: 20-12

minutes/left rotation/first level Then put the hot almonds on a sheet with parchment paper After 10 minutes you can eat the roasted almonds

Spritzgebäck

You need:

250g butter 200g sugar 2 pkt. vanilla sugar 2 eggs 400g flour 100g food starch

How you do it:

put the butter, the sugar and the vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix them

then put the eggs, the flour and the food starch in the bowl too, mix them again

put the dough in a piping bag spray the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 150°C

for about 10 minutes

Cookies

You need:

1 tbsp. baking soda 700g chocolate 1 pkt. vanilla sugar 2 eggs 750g flour 380g sugar 270g brown sugar 500g butter

How you do it:

Put the butter, flour, eggs, vanilla sugar and baking soda in a bowl

Then put the sugar and the brown sugar in a bowl and mixed all the ingredients

Break the chocolate and put it in the bowl too Preheat oven to 190°C Drop the dough on a baking sheet and bake it for 10-15

minutes
