THE RITUALS

Sothys Ritual, Hanakasumi : (60 minutes) 90 eurosA revitalising and nourishing ritual inspired by Japanese traditions. A complete treatment involving a cherry blossom and rice powder scrub, followed by amassage using Shea butter imbued with the scents of Asia.   MILDISS Ritual: (90 minutes) 120 eurosBody exfoliation followed by a relaxing massage. Ayurveda massages are rejuvenating and used topromote revitalisation, detoxification and healthy digestive and circulatory systems. Theyrelease tension and stress to reenergise the body. Fuji Therapy: Hot Stone Massage: (75 minutes) 110 euros Heated to a temperature of between 40° and 60°, the basalt stones release their mineralproperties.  The penetrating heat promotes deep relaxation, and the energy released by thestones boosts energy flow, helping to release tension. The minerals support the body’simmune defences. Calm and tranquillity are restored.  Pregnancy massage (with client lying on side): (60 minutes) 80 euros Performed with the client lying on her side this gentle yet powerful technique is ideal formothers-to-be. The massage stimulates and relaxes while supporting the smooth progressionof the pregnancy. This is a gentle yet deep massage that stimulates circulation, particularly inthe legs when the client is experiencing water retention. Performed after the 3rd month ofpregnancy.  Foot massage: (45 minutes) 60 eurosIndian reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points in thefoot connect to specific organs. It helps ease pain and release physical and emotional tension.Regulates blood and lymphatic circulation. Saundarya (Indian head massage): (45min) 60 euros This massage is part of the Indian medicinal tradition. It is extremely pleasant and particularlysuited to Western clients. It promotes the release of toxins, balances the doshas andeliminates tension and stress.  Introductory workshop to therapeutic massage, for 2 people: (2 x 45 minutes) 110 euros An introduction to the technical and professional techniques used in relaxing or therapeuticmassage.
