    11. Validstors are highly encouraged to foster a friendly alrnospheG during the conduct of lhis

    activity. Partcipants shouk be reminded that lhe valuation serves to improve porbmanca

    and increase achool effectivenGr6, parliorlarly in the implemenl€lion of progrsms, activities

    and p.ojecls (PAPS) in ihe Ne$/ Normal.

    12. Validation period shall starl from Noyomb.r 16 and end on November 19, 2020. No n€€d to

    require extensive reporls.

    13. The validating team may chooso any day wilhin the given timeframe, provided that all reports

    are sent to the Division Offioe not later than Novombor 23, 2020.
