The TG-MU series is designed to efficiently evacuate light gasses from High Vacuum up to Ultra High Vacuum region by reducing the materials’ outgassing and improving the efficiency of the Hydrogen compression: 60000.Ultimate vacuum can be realized 10-9Pa order (in the 10-11 torr) region within a short bake-out period.

Applying Osaka's proprietary know-how, the inner working of the UHV turbo pump is treated specifically to suppress the inner materials' outgassing in the UHV region via an enhanced heat transfer method.

Figure 1 shows an actual bake-out pumpdown cycle example of a TG1300MU UHV series. Ultimate vacuum was measured by an extractor gauge at 10-9 Pa (10-11 torr) after a 48 hours bake-out, followed by a natural cool down degassing cycle.
