Organisational Structure for Information Management and

Communication, AIESEC in Delhi University The diagram below the document explains is a matrix system where each program delivery area has

an IM coordinator supported my LC Information Manager.

The team comprises of one member coordinating with LC IM coordinator also working on

respective VPs portfolios.

AIESEC in Delhi University has 9 VPs working in Exchange Portfolio, each VP has a dedicated

IM responsible delivering IM processes and supporting themselves.

Talent Management, Business Development also has IM responsible dedicated owing to

large operations. EwA, Expansions, M&IM, Events and OCs are taken care by IM team only.
