The OAPL quick release abduction bar is easy to fit on the child because you fit the shoes on independently then click them on the foot rotation bar. This allows for better positioning of the foot in the shoe which reduces the child from being able to kick the shoes off.

Designed to provide adjustable abduction and adduction control. Nylon ball and socket joint duplicate the anatomical motion of the hip. Breathable neoprene liners discourage limb migration during gait training or limited ambulation.

Made from a sturdy leather construction, with latex bands (stronger and longer lasting than elastic) to provide a dynamic dorsiflexion moment and superior foot lift. The latex band can be set in various positions enabling directional pull to combat equino varus foot/ankle posture. Supplied with both the steel hook and Monohook providing patient’s with greater footwear options. Suitable for flaccid footdrop with minimal ankle instability.

Additional or replacement latex bands can be purchased separately. The Monohook is an option for anchoring the band to the shoe where eyelets are not available.

The abduction bar self-adjusts to the angle of the thigh cuffs and attaches easily. Designed to provide rigidity similar to that provided by a hip spica cast, the Newport Jr with abduction bar is the perfect post-operative orthotic choice. Features of the new abduction bar include: Dual sliding bar design: One bar is slotted for maximum adjustability, and the other has pre-drilled holes for stable fixation Thumb screw stabilizes the desired setting and can be released quickly to facilitate entry into cars, doorways, etc. Adjustable for up to 30 degrees of abduction on each side.

The anatomically contoured proximal section provides greater control of the lumbar spine and pelvic region, improved comfort and patient compliance. The design allows the pelvic section to be adjusted by simply loosening the screws and sliding the pelvic section to the desired width. Hip joints have been offset to provide greater clearance. Rotational adjustments can easily be made to accurately position the hip in the transverse plane. The thigh cuff design with extended medial contour provides greater leverage for abducting the patient’s hip.

The low cost, multi-purpose sling featuring touch tape compatible straps to provide ease of adjustment. Padded straps increasing patient comfort due to breathability and comfortability of material. The thumb loop reduces slippage of sling and improves wrist support. Sling can be removed without undoing straps to allow easier use. The high attachment point of waist strap provides improved immobilisation of shoulder.

Designed to provide pre and post-operative management of the paediatric shoulder joint. Easily adjustable and lightweight. The adjustment at the shoulder joint and elbow joint allow the clinician to precisely align the child’s shoulder joint and upper extremity. The SARO may be used for the right or left and is covered with “night sky” Transfer.

The A-Flex Protective Headgear is fabricated from a flexible plastic that readily conforms to varying head shapes making it easy-to-fit upon demand. The protection is ideal for low impact forces that are distributed across the entire surface without cracking or penetrating. Description

Ultraflex ADR ankle joints utilise urethane springs, which allow clinicians the ability to tailor their function and better suit their patient’s needs. Their robust design makes them ideal for active patients and their urethane springs are not prone to brittle failure, commonly seen with metal springs utilised by competitive products.

The 4 channel design allows the joint to be set up in any configuration.

This makes the joint ideal for patients undergoing surgical procedures, receiving botox or other pharmacological treatment for spasticity as well as degenerative conditions. It can be incorporated into both thermoplastic and carbon composite designs giving the clinicians unlimited freedom with their design.

Orthoform® was developed with the fabricator and patient needs in mind. It is a superior product.

The polyolefin based extruded sheets are durable, have tremendous flexural strength, and can be formulated to any tensile strength or stiffness necessary.

Orthoform® has numerous applications, however, some of the more common uses are AFO, WHO, KAFO, LSO, TLSO, CTLSO or splints, body cast molds, braces, stiffeners, and air casts.

During production, we monitor manufacturing to assure processing specifications so whether you are die cutting, forming or compression molding, our product is consistent and, your process is repeatable.

Materials available are LDPE, HDPE, modified PE, polypropylene, copolymer, LLDPE and Orthoflex®—all extruded on site.

Orthoflex

Our new product is just what the O&P industry needed. Orthoflex® is strong, transparent, and flexible. Orthoflex® can also be formed through all standard forming processes and is easily seamed. Consider this product for AK and BK sock liners, AFO cushioning and shock absorption, plus various orthotic and prosthetic uses.
