* To ensure that we are able to meet our goal ofsubmitting a docketable License Application to theNRC, the License Application plan presents acomprehensive safety case and a detailed rationalefor needed additional work

* Technical work remaining to be completed for thePostclosure Safety Case receives the strongestemphasis

* Regulatory, statutory, and other activities aredeveloped with lesser detail

* Consideration of Key Technical Issues are includedthroughout the License Application Plan, as well asthroughout the Viability Assessment
