AD 901 Interpersonal and Consulting Skills (2 units)Increasing effectiveness as a change agent by providing a variety of opportunities in aresidential setting in order to increase self-awareness, practise alternative ways ofapproaching personal and interpersonal problem-solving and develop basic consultingand interviewing skills.
AS 902 Introduction to Organization DevelopmentIntroducing some basic theories, models and methods in the field of organizationdevelopment, especially those relating to the role of consultant and strategies forchange.
