Membership / Annual Subscription
Eligibility
Any person, firm or company carrying on business in Malaysia as a manufacturer of plastic articles shall be eligible as an ORDINARY member.
Entrance Fee and Subscription
The annual subscription payable by an Ordinary member shall be according to the number of employees, details are as below:

o 20 employees and below RM300.00o 21 to 50 employees RM400.00o 51 to 100 employees RM600.00o 101 to 200 employees RM800.00o 201 employees and above RM1,000.00

Procedure for Application
Application for membership should be made by completing the Membership Registration Form and submitting it to the MPMA Secretariat with a cheque for the total amount of the annual subscription payable to 'MPMA'.
Certified copies of the following documents are to be submitted also:
