The research, according to the Institute, showed a negative trend of budget support to B&H economy.

"Total incentives for the economy, the institutions that provided data, planned to 390,892,989.18 KM in 2013. ie 330,040,331.93 KM in 2014, while completed incentives amounted to 325,606,866.42 KM in 2013 and 262,237,336.36 KM in 2014. The sum total of completed industry incentives, in both years, amounts to 587,844,202, 78 KM. Thus, decreased appropriations economy by 19.5% in 2014 "- said Rusmir Pobric, project manager of project "Business environment B&H" at the Institute for Youth Development KULT.

The research showed that agriculture was the largest contributor to the overall economy of incentives in both years and with a share of 54%. This is followed by industry with 18%, followed by services, development of entrepreneurship and crafts, and tourism. It is interesting that for the IT sector, which in recent years the most wanted profession, there was no separation. 2. FOND OF YOUTH ENGAGEMENT

Youth engagement plays an important role in community mobilization and development, because it implies the involvement of young people in addressing the many issues to improve their own position, but also the entire community. While the majority of young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina described as passive, remains ignored the fact that young people often do not have the support, not direction, in their communities in order to achieve change, which is why many of their wishes and ideas remain unrealized. Through youth engagement Young people show that they are the key resource of their communities, engage in responsible and challenging actions, and assume the role of active citizens. SHL Foundation offers financial and mentoring support to young people, especially those who did not have experience in youth engagement, to put their ideas into reality. Young people throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina water youth camps and meetings, recruit volunteers, raise money for charity, organized sports and cultural events, advise and provide support to their peers, and in many ways affect their communities. The gain organizational and leadership skills, practical experience and actively participate in decision-making.

For the financial support of the Foundation SHL can apply youth organizations, informal groups and individuals through two forms of support - Fund of youth engagement (intended for local initiatives in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Movements Across Borders (fund for cross-border cooperation of young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia).
