To protect Ihe people of Tor raiico against "wildcat" contractor the board of trustees Is consider ing a change in tho building or dinance which will provide foi increase in license fees for con tractors and for the furnishing bonds.
The schedule tentatively pro posed is ns follows: (ieneral < tractors license fee $100 a y payaliln 6 months in advance, surety bond of J1000; plumbing contractors license fee $50, pay able semi-annually in advance, a surety bond of $1000; electrl,
